Cotton Pleased With Secondary Play

Jacorius Cotton is used to making plays. As a standout at Troupe High School in his native Georgia, Cotton was generally the guy shutting down his side of the field in big games. Well, the games have become a little bigger now that Jacorius has arrived at Southern Miss. Even though the crowds are larger in number, the talented defensive back is still making plays.

Cotton has seen action in all five of the Golden Eagles' games this year. With a 4-1 overall record and a 1-0 mark in Conference USA, Jacorius and his team are working on their game plan for East Carolina. "Practice went pretty good today," said the talented freshman.
