Keenum threw for a career-high 559 yards and had five touchdowns, his last coming with 21 seconds remaining, and the Cougars escaped with a 50-43 win.

Southern Miss quarterback Martevious Young made his third start his most consistent, going 13 of 15 for 127 yards with touchdown passes of 21 and 6 yards to Brown, who had four catches for 41 yards.

On top of that they had to do it against the Memphis Tigers, that have won four of their last five versus the Eagles.
